With over Over 40 years’ of culinary experience, Executive Chef Sarawar Uddin Khan has previously won Bromley curry chef of the year by winning the judges over with his unique combination of traditional and modern signature dishes. High quality cooking fused with flawless presentation and attention to food safety, are the key ingredients to his successful career.
Sarawar has prepared meals for Ken Livingstone at the Food Fusion Festival, in addition to appearing as a guest host on one of Bangladesh’s renowned television channels. Sarawar Uddin’s approach to creating new dishes is courageous yet rewarding, impressing not only the judges at endless competitions, but also to his faithful local customers.
